each plastic ‘thank you’ bag contains 2 exhaled breaths
and two mouthfuls of beer and are illuminated by a slow pulsating core
of cool blue LED light—
as the exhibition began, the fragrant odor of beer filled and thickened the air in the gallery, over the subsequent weeks of the exhibition the smell soured and intensified becoming oppressive before transitioning into a sweet bread-like aroma.
